Aber welches Angebot passt f\u00fcr meine eigene Situation? In welcher Situation befinde ich mich \u00fcberhaupt? Mutlos, entt\u00e4uscht, verzweifelt, gekr\u00e4nkt oder einfach nur unendlich m\u00fcde vom Job? Eins ist sicher, es muss sich etwas \u00e4ndern.\u00a0<\/p><p>Mit der Frage nach der aktuellen Situation beginnt jedes Unterst\u00fctzungsangebot, ob es sich um ein Coaching, Profiling oder Training handelt.
