Eigentlich haben sich die Absolventen der Abschlussklassen die letzten Schulferien ja verdient und sollten sie auch in Ruhe genie\u00dfen, aber sie kommen nicht dazu. Denn ein Untier macht Jagd auf die Schulabg\u00e4nger und\u00a0treibt sie durch die Bundesl\u00e4nder. Es ist der Nachwuchsmangel. Er kommt mit ausgestrecktem Arm und hoch gestelltem Daumen. Oft tr\u00e4gt er ein Basecap, kurze Hosen und ein Skateboard unter dem Arm\u00a0 oder er ist auf Rollschuhen unterwegs. Lauthals schreit er die wenigen Worte, die er kennt: <em>Karriere, Zukunft, Traumjob, Chance und cool.<\/em> Manchmal entfleucht ihm auch ein <em>geil<\/em>. Seine Gef\u00e4hrlichkeit sieht man ihm auf den ersten Blick gar nicht an, denn er tr\u00e4gt ein Dauergrinsen im Gesicht. In Zeiten von Diversity tritt er vorsichtshalber in bunt gemischten\u00a0 Gruppen von Jungen und M\u00e4dchen auf. Er bewegt sich sehr auff\u00e4llig, denn er ist als Hip-Hopper oder Rapper unterwegs, Kopfh\u00f6rer geh\u00f6ren zu seiner Standardausstattung. Bis zu den Abschlusspr\u00fcfungen ist der Nachwuchsmangel besonders aktiv. Nicht nur, dass er die Sch\u00fcler von einer Ausbildungsmesse zur n\u00e4chsten jagt, er sorgt auch daf\u00fcr, dass sich erwachsene Menschen kindisch, albern und oftmals peinlich benehmen. Da sind Unternehmen auf einmal cool, Chefs werden hip und Personaler fragen sich permanent, was sie der Generation Y bieten m\u00fcssen, um sie anzulocken.\u00a0Einpr\u00e4gsame und anschauliche Beispiele f\u00fcr schlechte HR-Kommunikation finden Sie hier: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.goldenerunkelruebe.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Die goldene Runkelr\u00fcbe.<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kurz vor Ausbildungsbeginn scheint die Angst vor dem Nachwuchsmangel\u00a0allerdings fast \u00fcberwunden, denn es werden nun ganz andere T\u00f6ne angeschlagen. Die Daumen gehen nach unten, die kurze Hose bleibt im Schrank und das Antanzen ist nun w\u00f6rtlich gemeint. Das Untier hat sich verzogen und der frisch gewonnene Azubi sollte nun\u00a0gucken, wie der Hase l\u00e4uft.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aufmerksam, freundlich, interessiert \u2013 der beste Eindruck<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8222;Nat\u00fcrlich m\u00f6chte man einen guten Eindruck machen, wenn man als neuer Azubi in einem Betrieb anf\u00e4ngt. Es ist aber normal, dass es eine Weile braucht, bis man wei\u00df, wie der Hase dort l\u00e4uft. Da n\u00fctzt es, aufmerksam alles zu beobachten, gut zuzuh\u00f6ren und ein paar allgemeine Spielregeln zu beachten. Dabei immer freundlich sein und auch das Erscheinungsbild nicht vergessen.
