In den Branchen\u00a0News gibt es\u00a0daf\u00fcr eine eigene Kategorie:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #dd2150;\">Wer wechselt wohin?\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Wechselwirkung f\u00fcr Partner und Assistenz<\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Kanzlei in M\u00fcnchen konnte einen renommierten Partner aus D\u00fcsseldorf <strong>gewinnen<\/strong>. Kanzlei in Frankfurt <strong>holt<\/strong> langj\u00e4hrigen Partner vom Mitbewerber. In Hamburg <strong>gr\u00fcnden<\/strong> zwei Partner einer ans\u00e4ssigen Gro\u00dfkanzlei ein Spinn-off. Amerikanische Kanzlei <strong>startet <\/strong>mit Berliner Team einer umsatzstarker\u00a0Wirtschaftskanzlei. In Stuttgart zerf\u00e4llt eine mittelst\u00e4ndische Kanzlei, vier Partner werden sich einer WP-Gesellschaft <strong>anschlie\u00dfen<\/strong>. Gewinnen, holen gr\u00fcnden, starten, anschlie\u00dfen \u2013 bei den Partnern feiert man den gelungenen Karriereschritt. Man beschreibt noch kurz wie man mit Quereinsteigern die entstandenen L\u00fccken stopfen will und ist allerorts schon in Verhandlungen. Was aber nie, auch nur mit einem einzigen Wort, Erw\u00e4hnung findet, ist der Umstand, dass der wechselnde Partner auch eine Assistentin besch\u00e4ftigt hatte, n\u00e4mlich Frau X-beliebig.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Wechselwirkung &#8211; Frau X-beliebig bleibt auf der Strecke.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Man k\u00f6nnte vermuten, dass man sie gefragt hat, ob sie ihren Partner nicht in die neue Einheit begleiten m\u00f6chte, denn sie waren doch seit Jahren ein eingespieltes Team. Es ist auch m\u00f6glich, dass er ihr schon ein paar Monate vorher gesagt hat, dass sie sich mal auf dem Markt umgucken sollte, er schreibt ihr dann auch ein sehr gutes Zeugnis. Es w\u00e4re auch denkbar, dass man intern f\u00fcr sie Verwendung findet, m\u00f6glichst an einem Platz, an dem sie sich selbst weiterentwickeln kann.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Realit\u00e4t sieht leider oftmals anders aus. Er hatte den Kopf so voll, er hat gar nicht daran gedacht, dass Frau X-beliebig bei seinem Weggang ja irgendwie \u00fcbrig bleibt. Sie hat von seinem Wechsel aus den Branchen\u00a0News erfahren. Er meint, sie\u00a0kann ja sicher bleiben, ihr Zeugnis k\u00f6nnte er ihr ja dann zuschicken. Er kann sich auch nicht vorstellen, Frau X-beliebig wirklich zu vermissen. \u00dcbrigens w\u00e4re die neue Kanzlei daran auch gar nicht interessiert, schlie\u00dflich soll man bei einem Neuanfang alles Vergangene hinter sich lassen. Er wird einfach verlangen, dass man ihm eine f\u00e4hige Assistenz besorgt. Er w\u00fcnscht sich eine, die \u00a0einen konstanten Lebenslauf hat, m\u00f6glichst ReNo mit Gro\u00dfkanzleierfahrung und vor allem mit wenig Arbeitgeberwechsel. Er braucht jetzt Kontinuit\u00e4t und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit. Er muss jetzt an seine Karriere denken.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P.S. Frau X-beliebig ist noch ein paar Monate in der Kanzlei geblieben. Aber die Arbeit reichte einfach nicht mehr, sie f\u00fchlte sich nutzlos. Sie kennt das ja auch schon. In ihrer Ausbildungskanzlei ist sie geblieben, bis der Anwaltsnotar in den Ruhestand ging. Die zweite Kanzlei konnte sie nach einem Jahr nicht mehr bezahlen und sie konnte auch nicht dauerhaft\u00a0von einem Teilzeitjob leben. Dann wurde sie von einem Headhunter f\u00fcr einen\u00a0Standortaufbau angeworben, der wurde aber mangels Mandaten gestoppt. Danach hat sie den Sprung in die Gro\u00dfkanzlei geschafft. Nach zwei Jahren ist der Partner nach M\u00fcnchen gewechselt, das konnte sie sich finanziell nicht leisten. Nun hat sie sich schon X-fach beworben, aber man will niemanden, der so viel gewechselt ist. Man muss dem neuen Partner jetzt ein bisschen Sicherheit bieten, schlie\u00dflich ist so ein Wechsel ein wichtiger Schritt in der Karriere.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #dd2150;\">&#8222;Wenn zwei das Gleiche tun, ist es noch lange nicht dasselbe.&#8220;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Partnerwechsel sind an der Tagesordnung.
