{"id":4445,"date":"2015-08-20T15:02:53","date_gmt":"2015-08-20T14:02:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.legalprofession.de\/?p=4445"},"modified":"2023-07-01T11:49:07","modified_gmt":"2023-07-01T09:49:07","slug":"reno-absolventen-berlin-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.legalprofession.de\/index.php\/reno-absolventen-berlin-2015","title":{"rendered":"ReNo Absolventen Berlin 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ReNo Absolventen Berlin 2015<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #dd2150;\">Herzlichen Gl\u00fcckwunsch an die 129 Absolventen der Hans-Litten-Schule (OSZ Recht) in Berlin! <\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Von 163 Pr\u00fcfungsteilnehmern haben 129 Azubis ihre ReNoPat &#8211; Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen, wobei man in der Berlin davon ausgehen kann, dass es doch fast ausschlie\u00dflich ReNo\u00b4s sind, die nun dem Berliner Kanzleimarkt zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen. Das Patentwesen ist (noch) nicht in Berlin angekommen. Aber dazu mehr in einem sp\u00e4teren Artikel. Etwas \u00fcber 100\u00a0frische ReNos stehen nun den Berliner Rechtsanw\u00e4lten, Notaren und Anwaltsnotaren zu Diensten. Inwieweit die\u00a0Absolventen w\u00e4hrend ihrer Ausbildung allerdings die M\u00f6glichkeit hatten, im Notariat mehr Einblick zu gewinnen, als nur den Notaren einige\u00a0Praxiswochen lang \u00fcber die Schulter zu schauen, kann man der Statistik leider nicht entnehmen. Was aber ganz offensichtlich ist, dass die Absolventenzahlen alles andere als vollbefriedigend sind. Die wenigen sehr guten Absolventen erinnern an die Examenspr\u00fcfungen bei den Volljuristen, insofern werden sie den Anwalt nicht erschrecken. Aber h\u00e4tte man in einem Ausbildungsberuf eine Durchfallerquote von \u00fcber 20 % erwartet? Man darf nicht vergessen, dass die Abbrecherquote (also\u00a0die, die\u00a0erst gar nicht bis zur Abschlusspr\u00fcfung durchhalten) in diesem Berufsfeld bei 28 % liegt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An dieser Stelle eine Rechenaufgabe:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #dd2150;\">Wie viele Azubis muss man in Berlin rekrutieren um den Bedarf zu decken, wenn 28% hinschmei\u00dfen, 21 % durchfallen und noch einmal 12% mit ausreichend bestehen?<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tipp: Berlin (ohne Brandenburg) verzeichnet lt. RAK aktuell 13.774 Rechtsanw\u00e4lte und 772 Notare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P.S.
