Findet man als Kfz-Besitzer allerdings am Freitagabend einen gelben Briefumschlag vom Amtsgericht im Briefkasten, sorgt das schon f\u00fcr einiges Unbehagen und verdirbt dem Beklagten irgendwie das Wochenende. Frist: 7 Tage.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #dd2556;\">Ich brauche einen Anwalt!<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Der erste Blick ins Internet zeigt, dass das Verkehrsrecht in der Hauptstadt sehr gefragt und wohl auch lukrativ ist. Wer am Gro\u00dfstadtverkehr teilnimmt, hat sicher auch eine Verkehrsrechtsschutzversicherung und kann sich einen Rechtsbeistand leisten. Jedenfalls gibt es sehr, sehr viele Fachanw\u00e4lte f\u00fcr Verkehrsrecht, auch in meiner N\u00e4he. Aber ist der Standort \u00fcberhaupt wichtig?<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #dd2556;\">Wie finde ich den richtigen Anwalt?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zugegeben, die Webseiten der Verkehrsrechtskanzleien sind jetzt auf den ersten und auch auf den zweiten Blick oft alles andere als ansprechend und vertrauenerweckend. Was vielleicht auch darauf hindeutet, dass sich der Anwalt eher um seine\u00a0Mandate als um sein Marketing bem\u00fcht? Dies ist zumindest aus meiner aktuellen Sicht sehr vern\u00fcnftig. F\u00fcr mich z\u00e4hlt in diesem Fall seine Fachkompetenz, nicht sein Marketing.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #dd2556;\">Wem kann ich vertrauen?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ich kann\u00a0neuerdings,\u00a0der Digitalisierung sei Dank, auf einem der zahlreichen Anwaltsuchportale nach einem Rechtsbeistand suchen. Zur Probe\u00a0nehme das mit dem einfachsten Namen:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.anwalt.de\">www.anwalt.de<\/a>.\u00a0Es werden 437 Berliner Kanzleien f\u00fcr Verkehrsrecht angezeigt, was die Qual der Wahl gef\u00fchlt noch verst\u00e4rkt. Die hinterlegten Kanzleiprofile erinnern mich an die Kanzleiwebseiten. Auch die pers\u00f6nlichen Bewertungen sind, abgesehen von der offensichtlichen (Recht-) schreibschw\u00e4che einiger Mandanten, f\u00fcr mich wenig hilfreich. <em>Netter Anwalt und krass kompopent<\/em>. Darauf will ich mich nicht verlassen.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #dd2556;\">Ich komme auf Empfehlung.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ich greife zum Telefon und rufe einen Freund an. Verkehrsrecht? <em>Ich schicke dir einen Link. Rufe dort Montag fr\u00fch an, mein Bruder wurde dort schon \u00f6fter behandelt&#8230;<\/em>\u00a0Er lacht in sein Handy.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #dd2556;\">Gern sende ich ihnen die Vollmacht<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Am Montagmorgen um 9.05 Uhr rufe ich in der Kanzlei an. Die ReFa meldet sich mit Ihrem vollst\u00e4ndigen Namen und einem freundlichen <em>Guten Morgen<\/em>. Ich erw\u00e4hne die Frist und sie antwortet: <em>Das l\u00e4uft hier bei uns, wir k\u00f6nnen auch Verl\u00e4ngerung beantragen. Geben Sie mir das Aktenzeichen<\/em>. Als ich dann noch das Kfz-Kennzeichen erw\u00e4hne, sagt sie: <em>Ach, ein VW-Passat.<\/em> Ja, antworte ich erstaunt. <em>Als neue Mandantin brauche ich noch ihre Daten und dann verbinde ich sie mit dem Anwalt.<\/em> <em>\u00dcbrigens wir arbeiten mit der E-Akte und k\u00f6nnen alles \u00fcber ihre E-Mail-Adresse abwickeln. Ich sende ihnen die Vollmacht und sie senden mir die vorliegenden Unterlagen.
