Wie jedes Jahr habe ich auch jetzt zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr eine Festanstellung. Ich brauche mich darum noch nicht einmal bewerben, kein Assessment bestehen und keine Probearbeit leisten. Ich habe einfach die besten Voraussetzungen:<\/p>\n

  1. Ich bin eine Frau.*<\/li>\n
  2. Ich kann kochen.<\/li>\n
  3. Ich kann backen.<\/li>\n
  4. Ich bin ein Organisations- und Improvisationstalent.<\/li>\n
  5. Ich kann auf langj\u00e4hrige Erfahrungen zur\u00fcckgreifen.<\/li>\n
  6. Ich bin stressresistent, belastbar und kann unter Termindruck H\u00f6chstleistungen vollbringen.<\/li>\n
  7. Ich wirke ausgleichend, bei Bedarf auch deeskalierend und ich bin nicht nachtragend.<\/li>\n
  8. Wenn die Gl\u00e4ser gef\u00fcllt, die Teller gef\u00fcllt und der Tisch gedeckt und die Geschenke verpackt sind, wenn Familie und Freunde am Tisch sitzen, dann bin ich zufrieden und geschafft.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Meine Festanstellung ist zwar zeitlich befristet, enth\u00e4lt kein geregeltes Entgelt, aber das ist auch gut so. Nach dem Fest bin ich gern wieder ohne Festanstellung selbstst\u00e4ndig.<\/p>\n
