ReNo Stammtisch Berlin feiert das 1. Jahr<\/span><\/h5>\n

W\u00e4hrend die Rechtsanw\u00e4lte und Notare beim Frankfurter \u00c4ppelwoi, einer M\u00fcnchner Ma\u00df, Berliner Pils oder einem Hamburger Tee mit Rum an ihren Stammtischen dar\u00fcber klagen, dass es keine ReNo\u00b4s, ReFa\u00b4s und schon gar keine NoFa\u00b4s mehr gibt, sitzen die gesuchten Fachkr\u00e4fte an ihren eigenen Stammtischen und plaudern bei einem Cocktail \u00fcber den \u00fcblichen Kanzleialltag, ihren Anwalt, beA und zu sp\u00e4terer Stunde \u00fcber Kleider, Kinder und Katzen. So wie gestern in einem Irish Pub in Berlin Moabit. Seit November 2018 gibt es den Berliner ReNo-Stammtisch, angeregt durch bereits fest etablierte Treffen in Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Itzehoe oder L\u00fcbeck. Initiiert werden die Berufsgruppentreffen von Mitgliedern der Landesverb\u00e4nde des ReNo Bundesverbandes<\/a>. Nun ist Berlin Brandenburg auch schon ein Jahr dabei.<\/p>\n

Anw\u00e4lte m\u00fcssen drau\u00dfen bleiben<\/span><\/h5>\n

Die Anw\u00e4lte begr\u00fc\u00dfen die Treffen, obwohl sie wissen, dass sie hier nie Zugang finden werden. Jeder hat seinen Stammtisch. Hier m\u00fcssen Anw\u00e4lte drau\u00dfen bleiben. Also w\u00fcnscht man seiner ReNo viel Vergn\u00fcgen, sie sollte sich ruhig mal was g\u00f6nnen. Und – nur wenn es sich zuf\u00e4llig ergibt – kann sie ja mal in die Runde werfen, dass die Kanzlei dringend eine Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte und der Notar schon lange eine Notarfachangestellte sucht. Man ist sich sicher, dass bei diesen Treffen doch bestimmt auch die ein oder andere Wechselwillige sitzt, es sind doch so viele unzufrieden im Job. Wichtig ist nur, dass man an dem Tag des Netzwerktreffens ganz besonders nett zu seiner Fachkraft ist, schlie\u00dflich soll sie ja Werbung machen f\u00fcr ihre Kanzlei und nur Gutes von ihrem Chef berichten. Und so war es dann auch gestern an dem dicht besetzten Tisch. Man konnte auch wieder neue Gesichter begr\u00fc\u00dfen und wird f\u00fcr das n\u00e4chste Treffen in zwei Monaten auch etwas gro\u00dfz\u00fcgiger reservieren. Alle zwei Monate wollen sich die Kanzleimitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter treffen, ja es gibt auch M\u00e4nner in der Berufsgruppe. Aber nun kommen erst einmal die Kanzleiweihnachtsfeiern begleitet von Jahresabschl\u00fcssen, Fristabl\u00e4ufen zum Jahresende und drohender Verj\u00e4hrung.<\/p>\n

Aber im Januar 2020 werden sich die ReNo\u00b4s wieder an ihrem Stammtisch treffen und mit einem Schl\u00fcckchen Sekt die vergangenen Kanzleiweihnachtsfeiern auswerten. In dem Sinne sollten sich die Rechtsanw\u00e4lte zum Jahresabschluss spendabel, zuvorkommend und respektvoll zeigen. Denn eins ist sicher, auch im kommenden Jahr werden noch ReNos gesucht.
