Dennoch gehen Menschen sehr unterschiedlich mit Krisensituationen um. W\u00e4hrend der eine seinen Kopf in den Sand steckt, sieht der andere eine Chance zur Weltverbesserung. Die Wahrheit liegt bekanntlich in der Mitte. Aber unabh\u00e4ngig davon wie krisenresistent Sie sind, es kommt bereits jetzt darauf an nicht abzuwarten, sondern etwas zu tun. Vor allem d\u00fcrfen wir uns nicht der Hoffnung hingeben, dass nun, da alles anders wird, die alten Probleme von selbst verschwinden. Ein schon viel zu lange grassierendes Problem der Anwaltschaft ist der Mangel an Fachangestellten in Kanzleien und Notariaten. Corona trifft ReNo Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel in Kanzleien und Notariaten. Wie wird es nach Corona sein?<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Wie sieht die Bewerbersituation der Zukunft aus?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><strong>Szenario 1 Es wird mehr Bewerber geben.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Die Krise ist nach Corona nicht vorbei. Auch Kanzleien werden aus wirtschaftlichen Gr\u00fcnden Personal abbauen oder ganz vom Markt verschwinden. Aufgrund der krisenbedingten Einschr\u00e4nkungen, Kurzarbeit und Entlassungen wird es mehr Bewerber geben. Besonders Gro\u00dfkanzleien sind ja bekanntlich schnell dabei, wenn es darum geht, krisenbedingt zu reagieren. Denken wir nur an die Finanzkrise 2009. Vielleicht klopfen die Anwaltsassistenten und ReNos ja von selbst an die mittelst\u00e4ndischen Kanzleit\u00fcren, weil sie Arbeit suchen? Dann beschert uns die Krise sogar Fachkr\u00e4fte mit Englischkenntnissen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Szenario 2: Der Personalbedarf wird steigen.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Die Wirtschaft erlebt eine Rezession. Die Anw\u00e4lte und Sachwalter k\u00e4mpfen ums \u00dcberleben der Unternehmen. Staatliche Hilfsma\u00dfnahmen m\u00fcssen umgesetzt werden. Die B\u00fcrger suchen juristische Beratung und anwaltlichen Beistand. Es wird viel Arbeit f\u00fcr Rechtsanw\u00e4lte und Notare geben. Von der Insolvenz \u00fcber das Mietrecht bis zum Familien- und Sozialrecht und auch Strafrecht. Die gesamte Anwaltschaft ist gefordert. Krisen werden durch Menschen bew\u00e4ltigt, Technik kann nur unterst\u00fctzen. Der Bedarf an Fachkr\u00e4ften wird weiter steigen.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Mitarbeiterbindung in der Krise<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Da niemand wei\u00df, wie die Zukunft wird, m\u00fcssen wir jetzt klug entscheiden, \u00fcberlegt handeln und uns angemessen verhalten. Eine Krise ist ein Ausnahmezustand, in dem jeder stark belastet und gefordert ist. Aber die gemeinsame Krisenbew\u00e4ltigung ist entscheidend f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiterbindung. Gerade jetzt kommt es darauf an, die Mitarbeiter mit ins Boot zu nehmen. Offenheit, Transparenz und eine klare Kommunikation sind das Gebot der Stunde. Jeder fragt sich, wie es weiter geht und niemand kennt die Antwort. Wir m\u00fcssen mit unseren Mitarbeitern \u00fcber Probleme reden, ihre Ideen einholen und die Arbeit neu organisieren. Und das alles aus dem Homeoffice! Es ist eine enorme Bew\u00e4hrungsprobe f\u00fcr die Kanzleiorganisation, f\u00fcr das Team &#8211; und f\u00fcr beA.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Fazit<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Wer denkt, dass es g\u00fcnstiger ist, Mitarbeiter m\u00f6glichst schnell zu entlassen, wird sp\u00e4ter draufzahlen. Auch zuk\u00fcnftig wird es schwer sein, Fachkr\u00e4fte zu finden. Mitarbeiter, die Sie jetzt nicht halten, sind die Bewerber der Zukunft.
