Es ist kein Trost, wenn die Absolventenzahlen gleich geblieben sind. Die Umsch\u00fcler m\u00fcssen sich wie die Auszubildenden der Pr\u00fcfung vor der Rechtsanwaltskammer stellen. Daf\u00fcr haben sie nur zwei Jahre Vorbereitungszeit und viel weniger Berufspraxis als in der dualen Ausbildung. Es ist zudem sehr schwierig in Berlin einen Praktikumsplatz zu erlangen. Nicht selten h\u00f6rt man den Satz: &#8222;Bewerben Sie sich gern nach erfolgreicher Kammerpr\u00fcfung wieder bei uns.&#8220;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Der Beruf der Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellten ist anspruchsvoller als sein Ruf<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Es wird in der ReNo-Umschulung viel Aufwand betrieben und wenig Nutzen sichtbar. Nicht nur die Zahl der Umsch\u00fcler ist gering, sondern auch die Qualit\u00e4t der Abschl\u00fcsse. Das liegt unter anderem an den sehr unterschiedlichen Zugangsvoraussetzungen der Teilnehmer. Der Beruf ist anspruchsvoll. Neben den sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen sind Arbeitsweisen wie Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit unerl\u00e4sslich.<\/p>\n<p>Letztlich entscheidet aber auch die Motivation des Einzelnen, diesen Beruf zu erlernen. Ein Hinweis vom Arbeitsamt oder Jobcenter, dass Rechtanw\u00e4lte und Notare immer nach Mitarbeitern suchen, ist keine Jobgarantie. Eine Umschulung ist eine langfristige, aufwendige und mit sehr viel Flei\u00df und Durchhalteverm\u00f6gen gepaarte Anstrengung. Das muss man k\u00f6nnen und wollen.
