Im Gegensatz zu Berlin gibt es in Brandenburg keine Anwaltsnotare, also auch keine ReNo. Im Jahr 2022 standen den 2099 zugelassenen Rechtsanw\u00e4lten im Land Brandenburg 13 ReFa-Absolventen zur Verf\u00fcgung. Das Erschrecken \u00fcber die geringe Zahl relativiert sich, wenn man bedenkt, dass nur 2,6 % der anwaltlichen Berufstr\u00e4ger ausgebildet haben. Also selbst gemachtes Leid. Ein ernsthaftes Bem\u00fchen um mehr Auszubildende kann man auf der Internetseite der Rechtsanwaltskammer leider auch nicht erkennen. Zudem ist fraglich, welcher Sch\u00fcler oder Abiturient nach der Website der RAK sucht. Immerhin hat man auch auch in Brandenburg die Ausbildungsverg\u00fctung angehoben. Ein Auszubildender im 1. Ausbildungsjahr bekommt jetzt durchschnittlich 825 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Brandenburg ist nicht Berlin\u00a0<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Brandenburg verzeichnet seit Corona einen hohen Zuzugsgewinn nicht zuletzt aus Berlin. Immobilienpreise und Zuzugsf\u00f6rderung leisten einen positiven Beitrag. Vielleicht sp\u00fcren dies zuerst die Notare in Brandenburg. Auf jeden Fall haben sie Bedarf an Fachkr\u00e4ften. Aber bei den Auszubildenden Notarfachangestellten ist die Attraktivit\u00e4t des Berufes schon allein durch die Berufsschulsituation getr\u00fcbt. Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbs-burg.de\/\">Berufsbildenden Schulen &#8222;Conrad Tack<\/a>&#8222;, einzige Ausbildungsst\u00e4tte f\u00fcr die Ausbildung der Brandenburger Notarfachangestellten, liegt im Jerichower Land genauer gesagt in Burg bei Magdeburg. Man muss sich auf lange Anreisen und Blockunterricht einstellen.<\/p>\n<p>Wer jetzt am Berliner Stadtrand wohnt, zum Beispiel in Neuenhagen, Strau\u00dfberg oder K\u00f6nigs Wusterhausen und meint, er k\u00f6nnte f\u00fcr seine ReNo Ausbildung die Berliner Berufsschule nutzen, wird allerdings entt\u00e4uscht. Nat\u00fcrlich ist die L\u00e4nderzuordnung gesetzlich geregelt.
